📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and convenience stores to promote and sell filter rokok products.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and clients.
• Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns or complaints.
• Collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tobacco or FMCG industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local market and retail industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations within Malang and surrounding areas.
