As a Human Capital Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire compensation and benefits lifecycle, from policy development to implementation and administration. You will work closely with HR managers, department heads, and employees to ensure that our C&B programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. In your daily tasks, you will use industry-standard tools such as SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS systems to manage compensation data, benefits administration, and reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Manage the entire compensation lifecycle, including salary administration, bonuses, and incentives.
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjustments of compensation structures to align with market benchmarks and business needs.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees regarding compensation and benefits-related queries.
• Generate and analyze compensation and benefits reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments and entitlements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
