🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and operational planning, preferably in a facility services or related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven operational strategies.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
