As an In-House Marketing Specialist, your daily tasks will include creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, and analyzing market trends to inform our strategy. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate and property offerings.
• Manage our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital ads.

• Collaborate with the sales and development teams to ensure our marketing efforts support our business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
• Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
