📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure financial stability and compliance.
• Prepare and present financial analysis to senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Support the finance team in achieving financial objectives and driving continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools and software, including Excel, Power BI, and financial planning software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
