📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct process validation and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment and process issues.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct on-the-job training for new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools such as Minitab or similar.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
