📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using Xero or QuickBooks.
- Process and reconcile bank transactions, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations.
- Generate financial reports and provide management with accurate and timely information.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Australian accounting practices.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in an Australian context.
- Proficiency in using Xero or QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards (AASB).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
