📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Supervise a team of retail associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Manage inventory levels using retail management software such as SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the store manager.
• Train and develop retail associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Proven experience in supervising a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of retail management software such as SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
