Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the startup ecosystem.,Develop and implement strategic initiatives to capitalize on identified opportunities and mitigate potential threats.,Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, including startups, investors, and other stakeholders.,Create and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management on the state of the startup ecosystem and our strategic initiatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative solutions to address identified challenges and opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the startup ecosystem through continuous learning and professional development.,Represent InnovateX Ventures at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build our brand and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the startup or venture capital industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights.,Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, including key players, trends, and challenges.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
