📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to prevent and detect any potential security threats.,Respond promptly to any security incidents, accidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Enforce hotel security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records and reports, and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.,Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and front office, to ensure the smooth operation of hotel security.,Promote a positive and professional image of the hotel, and represent the company at various events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices, and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.,Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and codes of practice, and a commitment to promoting safety and security.,Ability to work under pressure, and a flexible and adaptable approach to security challenges and incidents.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate a company vehicle if required.,Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.,Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required by the company or relevant authorities.
