📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Address employee concerns and conflicts, and work towards resolving them in a timely and effective manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
