Murti Indah Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our products in the healthcare and medical sector.

This is a full-time position located in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. The salary range for this role is IDR 8000000 - 12000000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our products.
  • Assisting customers with product installation, configuration, and usage.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with the product development team to identify and address customer concerns.
  • Participating in product training and education sessions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of our products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training or customer visits.
