📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products/services.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency in the procurement process.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement activities align with business needs and objectives.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual agreements.,Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement in the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a track record of successful supplier negotiations and cost savings.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
