Star City Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
