📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics services.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or management role.,Strong understanding of logistics operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and logistics management tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
