As an IT Asset Management Analyst at Nityo Infotech, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' IT assets are managed effectively from procurement to disposal. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT asset management solutions, leveraging tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and other industry-standard software. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT asset management strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Monitor and maintain IT asset inventories using ServiceNow and other asset management tools.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT assets to ensure compliance with industry standards and client policies.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate and manage vendor contracts for IT assets.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset management best practices.
• Analyze IT asset data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT asset management.
• Report on IT asset performance and compliance to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management, preferably in a global IT services environment.
• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant IT governance frameworks are a plus.
• Proficient in using asset management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and other industry-standard software.
