📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting job postings and recruiting top talent for various positions
• Managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
• Facilitating performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to employees
• Developing and implementing employee engagement programs
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
• Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts in a professional manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
