📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prospect and acquire new deposit accounts from potential clients
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships
• Monitor and report on deposit performance and trends
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement deposit acquisition strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Analyze market data and industry trends to identify new opportunities for deposit growth
• Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in deposit acquisition or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of financial software and systems, such as Core Banking Solutions or Deposit Management Systems
