📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product or service improvements.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the industrial sector.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
