📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements with potential tenants, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless leasing operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory changes to optimize leasing performance.
• Represent Pilar Cipta Nusantara at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to build our brand and reputation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management on leasing activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, with a focus on ruko niaga properties.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding leasing targets and occupancy rates.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
