Talent Trader Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Buyer/Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain and inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in the right quantities at the right time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the procurement field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on inventory management.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving efficiency in the procurement process.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
