📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP.,Proven experience in managing and leading accounting teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
