📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily security operations and ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.,Conducting regular security patrols and inspections to prevent and detect potential security threats.,Managing and coordinating with local law enforcement agencies to ensure effective response to security incidents.,Implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.,Monitoring and controlling access to restricted areas and ensuring compliance with access control policies.,Conducting risk assessments and developing security plans to mitigate potential security risks.,Providing security training and awareness programs to employees and visitors.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date security records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of maintaining a secure environment and preventing security incidents.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.,Valid security guard certification and any relevant professional certifications.
