📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
  • Create and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports and feedback to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement integrated marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
