📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the furniture industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a department and driving operational excellence.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.,Familiarity with HR policies and practices, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
