📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.,Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by identifying training needs for new hires.,Collaborate with the management team to align training programs with the company's strategic goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel for training purposes as required.
